The Generator provides electrical impulses with period of highest stability. Period depends not on external factors. This device has the same framework as usual clock generator, but Voltage Inverter block is added.
The Idea and the main know-how is the same as in Voltage Stabilizer. It is the best to use in measuring devices, hi-tech clocks, etc.
